We’ve got an exciting opportunity for you to join the talent acquisition team as a talent acquisition coordinator supporting our retail stores across London and the South on a 12 month fixed term contract. The role will play a key part in working in collaboration with our district managers and store managers, to provide attraction, direct sourcing and hiring support for the stores in your regions, being the first point of contact for your areas for any hiring needs making sure we deliver the best candidate and hiring experience.

To be successful for the role, you’ll have previous experience of direct sourcing, managing external advertising and building and maintaining relationships with both nationwide and local hiring avenues. You’ll ideally have previous experience of working in a retail or hospitality environment in both volume and specialist recruitment. Given the nature of the role, we’re looking for candidates who are innovative in their approach and can demonstrate non-traditional routes of sourcing and hiring talent into a business. The role will involve travel to our stores across your region as well as our support centre to support our collaborative working approach and spending time with our partners to allow us to think outside of the box and look for continuous improvements in our ways of working.


As our talent acquisition coordinator, you’ll get involved in:

  • Monitoring and supporting ongoing recruitment needs for your, providing a monthly update for our wider HR and operations teams and making sure effective tracking against key KPIs is maintained each week
  • Supporting ongoing communication with partners across the business to allow our priorities reflect the current needs of the districts
  • Managing internal and external advertising, sourcing and screening candidates for volume and management roles across retail (including any new store openings) through external methods of recruitment including direct sourcing
  • Building and maintaining contacts with external providers (i.e. local councils, job centres, schools and our opportunity hiring partners)
  • Being an advocate for our opportunity hiring partnerships and drive recruitment campaigns and hires within your districts
  • Maintaining and attending our recruitment events calendar, coordinating and facilitating internal and external hiring events as required
  • Running recruitment training sessions both virtually and in person to upskill hiring managers across the business
  • Creating candidate talent pools for ‘hot spot’ areas, new store openings
